Ok, so not so good this week but actually, I am thrilled. Cnsidering the amount of food and drink I’ve had this week, I thought I might have put on weight this week.
The dreaded photo is tomorrow. I can’t say I’m looking forward to it.

i need more help…. so we took 1/2 nude photos of me. and we’re going to put them on the fridge & pantry next to photos of me from when I was skinnier/healthier… we’ll see if that motivation works out…..if this doesn’t help i have pics of when i was at my heaviest that are…..yea we don’t want to break them out.
